Refund Policy

Payment will be refunded in full on the customer's request, within 60 days of purchase. After that period, all sales are considered final and refunds will not be issued.

Honest Deadlines: processing your subscribers' data

If you use Honest Deadlines, you are the controller of your subscribers' personal data and we process it as your processor, as described in our privacy policy. For that processing:

We process it only to run your campaigns as you set them up, and on your other written instructions, unless the law requires otherwise. If it does, we will tell you first unless the law forbids that.
We store it in the United States. Requests pass through our content delivery provider, whose servers may be in other countries.
Everyone at CountingDownTo who can access it must keep it confidential.
We protect it with appropriate security measures, including storing a one-way keyed hash instead of the email address.
You allow us to use other companies for hosting, database, content delivery and logs. We require each of them to protect the data in the same way. We will update our privacy policy before we add or replace one, and you can object by contacting us.
We will help you respond to your subscribers' requests to use their privacy rights, and help you meet your own security, breach notification and impact assessment duties, as far as the information we hold allows.
We will tell you without undue delay after we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your subscribers' data.
When you stop using Honest Deadlines and ask us to, or when your account is deleted, we will delete your subscribers' data unless the law requires us to keep it.
We will give you the information you need to show that we meet these terms, and cooperate with reasonable audits.
