We only count emails where the email is opened and the countdown is displayed. Countdowns embedded in unopened emails won't count towards your limit.

We only count one view per computer or device. If a recipient opens an email repeatedly on the same device we'll only count it once. However if they open the same email on multiple devices we may count it multiple times.

A good rule of thumb when choosing a plan-level is allows for 2x the number of recipients who you expect to open an email that contains a countdown.

If you exceed your limit in a particular calendar month we may contact you and ask that you upgrade to a higher volume plan, under normal circumstances we will never disrupt your service though.

We only count websites that are publicly accessible. You don't have to worry about private staging websites, admin sites or other private websites counting towards your limit.

On each website you can add your countdown to as many pages as you like and there is no limit to the number of times the pages can be viewed.

We don't count different subdomains or TLDs as different websites. You can display your countdowns in all the following websites and we'll only count it once:

• www.example.com
• example.com
• blog.example.com
• example.org

The limit is reset each day. If the limit for the plan you choose is 2000 different websites, you can embed countdowns on 2000 websites today then remove them and embed them in a different 2000 websites tomorrow.

If you exceed your limit we may contact you and ask that you upgrade to a higher volume plan, under normal circumstances we will never disrupt your service though.

You can create and save up to 10000 different countdowns with the Enterprise Plan. If you're reaching your limit you can delete countdowns you no longer use.

You can modify your countdowns anytime. When you're finished the countdwon to one event you can simply update the countdown with the details of another event, there's no need to create a new countdown.
